Gray Cottage - Ocean Front + Hot Tub

Escape the everyday at our newly built two-bedroom oceanfront cottage on Cape Breton. Situated on our private 3.5-acre property behind our home, it offers excellent privacy and peaceful coastal views—perfect for relaxing after a day of kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling, or beach exploring. Unwind in your private outdoor hot tub or by the firepit, BBQ, and outdoor seating.  Perfect for families with young children—our cottage includes a foldable baby bassinet and a high chair for your little ones.

The cottage can comfortably accommodates 4 guests. Up to 6 guests are welcome for an additional $10 per night for each extra guest.  No Pets allowed.

The cottage features two queen bedrooms plus a sofa bed, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Stay comfortable year-round with a mini-split heat pump, and enjoy free high-speed internet and Smart TVs in the livingroom and each bedroom.  

In warmer months, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards with life jackets are provided. Free parking is included, and the shoreline is shared with the host.

You’ll have full private access to the cottage and surrounding outdoor space. We respect your privacy but are available if you need anything.

This is our fourth cottage on the property. We also have 3 one-bedroom cottages near by, making it easy for larger groups to stay together while maintaining private spaces.
