💳 Booking & Payments

Why was my credit card charged at the time of booking?

We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged closer to your arrival date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments using major credit cards. Our booking system is powered by Lodgify and Stripe for safe and reliable transactions.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, cancellations are allowed based on our cancellation policy.

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if canceled after.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! Enjoy added savings on longer stays with 15% off bookings of 7+ nights and 35% off stays of 28+ nights. Seasonal pricing applies, with reduced rates in the fall/Winter and standard pricing during peak travel periods.


🏡 Cottages & Accommodations

Do you have a 3-bedroom cottage?

No, we do not have a 3-bedroom cottage. We offer three 1-bedroom cottages and one 2-bedroom cottage.

Are your cottages suitable for families with children?

While children are welcome, our 1-bedroom cottages are not specifically set up for young kids. Our 2 bedroom cottage is larger and is more setup for small families. We have a high chair, pack and go crib and kid utensils. The cottages have direct water access so those with young children need to be mindful of water safety at all times.

How many people can each cottage accommodate?

1-bedroom cottages are ideal for 2 guests but can fit up to 4 max with a sofa bed. Our 2-bedroom cottage can fit 4 guests comfortably, however 6 would be the max with a sofa bed.

Are the cottages private?

Yes, each cottage is its own private space for your stay. The shoreline to access the water is shared.

What amenities are included?

Each cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, comfortable bedding, and outdoor space.

Do you provide linens and towels?

Yes, all linens and towels are provided for your stay.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available in all cottages.

Do you allow pets?

No, we do not allow pets in our cottages.

Is smoking allowed?

All cottages are non-smoking. Smoking outdoors is allowed as long as you are repectful to the other guests.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

For our 1 bedroom cottages: Check in is at 3PM , Check out is at 11AM.

For our 2 bedroom cottage: Check in is at 3PM , Check out is at 12PM. We do our best to be flexible when possible—just ask!

Is there parking available?

Yes, free parking is available for guests.

Are there places to eat nearby?

Yes! There are local dining options nearby, including takeout and homemade meal options. Click HERE to view places around Isle Madame.

Can we book multiple cottages for a group?

Absolutely! Many guests book multiple cottages when traveling with friends or family.
